Share, encourage and consolidate the fruit of the Christian life
that the Lord has brought about through His Spirit within member
communities and fellowships.
(Statutes 1.6a and quote from 1990 Decree -
"It is the hope of the Pontifical Council for the Laity
that such recognition may increase the spiritual fruits of the
charismatic movement to a fuller awareness and acceptance at
all levels in the Church, of the presence and action of the
Holy Spirit.")

Promote all the riches of the spiritual heritage of the Church
in the life of the Fraternity faithful listening to the Word of
God, participation in liturgy (especially the sacramental life
of the Church and in particular the Eucharist and Reconciliation)
and practices of popular devotion.
(Quote from Pope John Paul II in his address
to the Fraternity on December 7th, 1991 - "Celebrate the
sacraments, especially the Eucharist, in a spirit of rejoicing,
and the Sacrament of Penance with dignity and piety. In this
way those who are still far away will be drawn to the Lord and
to His Body, the Church." Also note Statutes 1.6.b)

Reaffirm and deepen an awareness of membership in and love for
the Catholic Church, as well as the primary and essential bond
of communion with it.
(Quote from 1990 Decree - "The Communities
of the Catholic Fraternity of Charismatic Covenant Communities
and Fellowships, motivated by the desire both to assure greater
dialogue and collaboration among themselves and to deepen their
communion with the Successor of Peter as an essential element
of their Catholic identity, have requested the Pontifical Council
for the Laity that they be recognised as a private association
of the Christian faithful." Also note Statutes 1.6.c)

Undertake specific initiatives related to the work of evangelization
and Church renewal in accordance with the Code of Canon Law relating
to the authority of the local Church.
(Quote from Pope John Paul II in his address
to the Fraternity on December 7th, 1991 - "In the spirit
of the Post Synod Exhortation Christifideles Laici, place yourselves
at the service of the evangelizing works of your Bishops, the
pastors who are responsible for the life of the local Churches."
In the 1990 Decree, it states "The Council expresses its
great hope that the recognition of this Catholic Fraternity
will intensify the Apostolic activities and the response of
its member communities to the appeal of the Holy Father for
a new evangelization of the world on the threshold of the third
